The Council has identified a need for supported living for c800 with disabilities in Hertfordshire over the next five years (2025-2030) This includes provision for people: • Transitioning from children’s services • Currently residing with family who now need a home of their own. • Currently residing in residential care whose support needs have reduced. • Currently residing in supported living which is shared and are now needing self-contained housing. • Currently residing in supported living outside of Hertfordshire who wish to return to return.
