The purpose of this PIN is to initiate market engagement. It is not being used as a call for competition. The PIN is intended as an information-gathering exercise. The Prime Minister has announced an ambition that, as part of their education, every student in the country should have the opportunity to hear a recorded Holocaust survivor testimony. The Department for Education has allocated up to £2m for financial year 2025-26 to support this work.
