Swansea University wishes to advertise this Request For Information as a Preliminary Market Engagement tool, to reach out to current market providers of integrated Laboratory and Hazardous Substance Management systems, with proven experience of successfully implementing and integrating a management system. Please note that this is NOT a tender process but an information gathering process, to allow a more-informed Open Tender process to be run later in 2026, with the intention to award a 3 year contract with the option to extend for 2 years on a 1 + 1 year basis.
