Kent County Council is seeking responses from the commercial market to help shape our understanding of the condition and asset management principles around our highway (non-illuminated) signs, lines and road stud assets. Recent activities have taken place to explore condition surveys around signs and lines and the Council has accumulated beneficial data around lining condition and signage assets and sign locations.
