Sixteen homes at the Cherrybrook Close scheme in Hope-Under-Dinmore, Herefordshire, have suffered significant flooding in recent years. There is a brook that runs through the middle of the scheme behind the houses that front onto the main road. The scheme is located at the end of a long road through Hope-Under-Dinmore within the local authority of Herefordshire Council.
