The Authority's requirement is to procure a replacement contract for its current Lease and Landlord Management (LLM) 2 services, which forms a key part of DWP's Estates Operating Model. The LLM2 contract provides a single, national coverage contract that requires the Supplier to manage the portfolio of DWP's leases (including lease renewals, rent reviews, liaison with landlords and general property portfolio administration activities) and intra-Government and wider public sector occupancy agreements.
