The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is holding a market engagement session ahead of the forthcoming reprocurement of our Direct Payment Support Service (DPSS). Direct Payments (DPs) are the cornerstone of the Council’s vision for Independent Living. They allow users with statutory care needs (or a nominated person acting on their behalf) to receive a budget from the Council to find the care that best meets their needs, typically using a pre-paid card.
