Description
The procurement was an open, above threshold procedure in accordance with the light touch regime as set out in section 9 of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Council's Contract Procedure Rules. Although the services identified fall under Sections 9 and 10 of the Procurement Act 2023, the Council has chosen to observe a voluntary standstill period in accordance with Section 51 of the Act.
