Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be conducting a tender exercise to procure a Cyclical Decoration Works, Decorating Materials, and Vouchers Framework to replace our existing Framework which will expire in May 2027. The Framework will provide EEM Members with a provision for decorating materials on a delivery and counter collection basis, non-cash based voucher or card schemes and interior and exterior cyclical decoration work for properties.
