Southampton City Council ("the Authority") is in the early stages of developing a procurement mechanism for the commissioning and procurement of residential care services for adults which is anticipated to take the form of either a framework agreement or dynamic market system. The procurement mechanism may include older person's residential and nursing homes as well as younger people's learning disability and mental health residential care homes.
