The Works include the construction of one single storey and one two storey extension to the existing Macduff Marine Aquarium to provide an additional café, improved reception, shop, staff, plant and workshop areas and larger display areas. Works in the existing marine life display areas are largely restricted to decoration and heating upgrades. Alterations to the marine life support systems are minimal.
