Description
This tender is for the E-stock resources used by the Library services. It will cover E-Audio, E-Books, and E-Magazines & Newspapers. Spilt over a minimum of 3 lots, and would look to award up to two providers for each lot. This tender will not be establishing a framework, but contractual arrangements with the successful number of providers to maximise the offering to the Library service's users. The contract will be for initial three(3) year term with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) months. The new service is to commence from 1st April 2026
