Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust intends to establish a framework agreement for the supply for Acute Inpatient Services whereby Independent Sector Providers (ISP) provide “appropriate” adult acute mental health beds, enabling care to be delivered as close to home for males and females The intention is to enter into a Framework for an initial period of 36 months with an options to extend for 1 x 12 month periods.
