NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight (NHS HIOW) is seeking the views of Providers with regards to their Adult Community Audiology Service via this Request for Information (RFI). The Adult Community Audiology Service for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight will provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of hearing loss for adults aged 55 and over who are registered with local GP practices.
