Description
The purchase of an ASC case management system (CMS) will assist social workers with case recording and ensure that the department is compliant with the Care Act 2014 legislation. The system must support a collaborative process which: assesses, plans, implements, co-ordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual’s health, social care, educational and employment needs.
