Stoke-on-Trent City Council is undertaking a procurement exercise for a Carers Support Service. This new service contract will start on the 1st April 2027. This service will improve carer's lives and deliver support to meet the outcomes in Stoke-on-Trent City Councils Carers Strategy: Stoke on Trent All Age Carers Strategy 10.2% of Stoke-on-Trent residents reported providing unpaid care to a family member or friend (Census 2021).
