This notice relates to the establishment of a framework agreement for use by all 22 Welsh Local Authorities’ Children’s Services departments to procure individual foster care placements for children who are looked after under statutory arrangements. The framework will support Local Authorities in securing suitable foster care placements in accordance with assessed need and statutory responsibilities.
