L’instance, nommée « Nestor », a été progressivement configurée pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels et organisationnels du Groupe. ServiceNow sert notamment à la gestion des demandes métiers, offrant un portail centralisé et des workflows automatisés pour faciliter le traitement et le suivi des requêtes internes. La plateforme constitue également un pilier essentiel de l’ITSM, couvrant la gestion des incidents, des changements, des tâches et des problèmes…
