On the 21st March 2025 Platform issued a pre-market engagement notice called Building Compliance - Multi Lot Tender (notice identifier 2025/S 000-010571). This was issued with the intention of carrying out pre-market engagement ahead of issuing a tender notice and Invitation to Tender. However, after the pre-market engagement sessions we reflected on our requirements and took time to improve our specifications and widen our scope.
