Cambridgeshire County Council conducted Preliminary Market Engagement in February 2025 under the Procurement Contract Regulations 2015 regime to help inform their procurement strategy for their forthcoming Construction Framework, to be tendered in the summer of 2025 for a contract start in April 2026.
