Description

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to commission a new Carers Support Services Contract. The service supports identification of Carers, increased access to a range of support including advice, information, statutory Carer assessments and peer support to enable Carers to remain connected to their community. The Council has reviewed and upgraded its payment processes and is now able to offer the Supplier Incentive Scheme.
