Description
Westhaven House is an extra care scheme with older general needs customers. Aster have received multiple reports of water ingress associated with the external cladding/rain screens to this scheme since year 2005. There are 5 locations/bays to the front elevation where we have these rain screens that date back to the original build year. Aster Group requires installation of a Trespa system. It is agreed that the new panels would be in keeping with the original design.
