On 5 August 2022, arc21 published notice 2022/S 000-021639 (the "Notice") concerning the establishment of arc21's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for its ongoing requirement for the supply of services relating to the Treatment and Energy Recovery/Disposal of Residual Waste Arisings. The DPS was initially established on 27 October 2022.
