In the coming months, The Children Services Partnership on behalf of Health and Social Care Moray/The Moray Council will be procuring community based mental wellbeing support & services, relating to prevention and early intervention mental wellbeing support for those between the ages of 5 - 24 years including their parents, carers and siblings. The priority of the Children Services Partnership is the 5–18 year age group and their transition to adult support services where appropriate.
