BHC will shortly be launching a tender process for the design and construction of a multi-story residential apartment scheme at City Quays, Belfast Harbour. The scheme comprises 256 apartments in a range of sizes including studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments housed in a 23 storey tower with a lower 12 storey element.
