The London Borough of Hackney has awarded a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain (DBOM) contract for the delivery of the Colville Heat Network. The contract comprises the detailed design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a low-carbon district heat network serving the Colville and Britannia developments.
