North Tyneside Council (the Authority) are seeking the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of Minor Building Works and Disrepair Works (the Works) throughout the area to its housing stock. The Work is of a responsive nature, meaning that volumes can fluctuate throughout the year and there is no guarantee of volumes of work or consistent volumes of work.
