Durham County Council (DCC) is exploring the potential to undertake a future procurement exercise to appoint a third-party provider for the delivery and management of the existing digital advertising infrastructure across the county, comprising of 15 double sided bus shelter units. The council would also like to understand through this process whether there is appetite for suppliers to expand on the existing network, by transforming existing DCC non-digital advertising sites into digital.
