This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for Land Occupation Concessions which consist of the following type of vendors below: Hot Food catering; Ice Cream catering; Hot Drinks catering and Alcohol Bar catering. In the first instance this DPS will be used for catering vendors, however the scope of this DPS may expand into wider event provision.
