The Council wish to procure a 'Block Contract' arrangement with a single Provider to provide an OFSTED registered residential home for up to three (3) Children and Young People utilising the Council's existing properties for Children and Young People aged 7 years and above. This service is designed to meet the needs of children and young people who may display levels of challenging behaviour and complex needs.
