The Council is re-commissioning it's Long Term Home Support Service, which provides support to adults through the provision of personal care and support delivered in peoples’ own homes. Support will be delivered by adults CQC registered providers within the city, who will deliver services through competent and professional care staff to meet requirements under individual support plans.
