BRIEF SCOPE DESCRIPTION GENERAL OVERVIEW Coventry City Council (CCC) will be launching a procurement exercise to appoint suppliers to deliver four Electric Vehicle (EV) charging hubs in residential areas of Coventry where many homes lack access to off-street parking. Two of the proposed hub locations are public car parks, and two are Council-owned community facilities, which are actively used during the day but remain unoccupied at night, making them suitable for overnight charging.
