Kent County Council (KCC), as part of the Kent and Medway Resilience Forum (KMRF), is seeking to understand the market’s capability to provide Police-accredited Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) officers to support traffic management and site safety during disruption on the Kent road network.
