To meet the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act (2012) Oxfordshire County Council (the Council) Public Health team currently commissions the following two public health services from up to 65 GP Service Providers in the County: • NHS Health Checks • Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC's) The GP Service Providers use specific clinical software (e.g. EMIS or equivalent software) to maintain contemporaneous clinical documentation and an electronic patient record.
