Description
DCC is seeking to establish a framework for the delivery of Low Value Small Works across its operational and non-operational estate throughout Wales. The framework will cover low-value construction, repair, maintenance and improvement works across four specialist areas: Domestic Building Maintenance, Civils, Mechanical and Electrical. The framework will be divided into two geographical regions, North Wales and South Wales, with each region containing the four specialist sub-lots.
