The London Borough of Bromley and the Southeast London Integrated Commissioning Board (SELICB) will be undertaking the recommissioning of the Dementia Post Diagnosis Support Service (Dementia Hub). It is a comprehensive support service for people who have been diagnosed with Dementia, their Carers and the professionals who support them.
