What is the purpose of the procurement? • The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a roster of agencies to the framework agreement that provide a range of different design and production skills aligned to the broadest possible needs of the business. • The framework will be in place, in line with the Procurement Act 2023, for a maximum of 8 years.
