Kirklees Council wish to appoint a master developer to facilitate the development of the Dewsbury Riverside site as part of an identified strategic priority within the West Yorkshire Strategic Place Partnership, launched by Homes England, West Yorkshire Combined Authority and West Yorkshire Local Authorities.
