To procure a service provider to deliver a comprehensive start to end retrofit cutomer services journey for able to pay residents. This service will provide the support and guidance to the “able to pay” residents through installing retrofit measures which will increase uptake the of domestic energy efficiency and clean energy retrofit technologies.
