Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dwóch fabrycznie nowych ambulansów typu C z napędem 4×4 wraz z wyposażeniem medycznym i pozostałym wyposażeniem określonym w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, bezpośrednio do siedziby Samodzielnego Publicznego Specjalistycznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Lęborku, a także przeprowadzenie szkolenia pracowników SPS ZOZ w Lęborku w zakresie obsługi i eksploatacji ambulansów oraz sprzętu medycznego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz parametrów wymaganych, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
