1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest „Dostawa energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Grupy Zakupowej utworzonej przez Miasto Leszno na lata 2027-2028”. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie dla Części I, Części II, Części III, Części IV i Części V przedmiotu zamówienia na zasadach i warunkach określonych we wzorach umów stanowiących odpowiednio Załącznik Nr 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 do SWZ. 3.
