4.1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów leczniczych (zwanych również asortymentem) dla potrzeb oddziałów Szpitala Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., zamawianych przez Aptekę szpitalną w asortymencie oraz wymaganiach bezwzględnych określonych w formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4.2. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z opcji na zasadach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik do SWZ.
