Description

The Purchaser intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) of qualified suppliers for the delivery of pure hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) for use in heavy machinery and other vehicles. Interested suppliers are encouraged to submit a request to participate in the system. While the DPS is in effect, it remains open to all suppliers who meet the participation criteria in accordance with the terms of this notice.
