Transport for Wales (TfW) intends to award a contract directlyto ECR Solutions for the provision, support, maintenance and development of the Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) and Stock Management System, which forms the core technology platform underpinning the Transport for Wales (TfW) On Board Catering operation.
