LUPC is looking to place a supplier framework agreement for the provision of an eTendering platform, compliant with Public Contracts Regulation 2015 and that will be compliant and compatible with the Procurement Act 2023. To be considered for this opportunity, Suppliers must be an official “esender”, authorised by the Cabinet Office to publish public procurement notices to Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder.
