Description
Natural England testing a proposed process for developing Marine Recovery Action Plans (M-RAPs), and requires a light touch process evaluation (in keeping with the overall scale of the project) at two pilot M-RAP sites. The requirement is in two parts: (1) refining the existing draft evaluation plan and carrying out baseline evidence collection (to be completed by March 2027); and (2) collecting evidence at the project mid-point and conclusion to complete the evaluation, as well as scoping the outcome evaluation (to be completed by March 2028).
