Liverpool City Council have an extensive programme of events that the Culture & Major Events team have need a requirement to be able to access a range of quality events services. Some of these events are planned in and known in a timely manner, however, some maybe unplanned and therefore require a short timescale for a supplier to respond to and deliver.
