Background Haringey Council invites Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Neutral Host Providers, and Code Operators to express interest in deploying 4G and 5G small cells on Council-owned Street assets under open access agreements. This initiative supports our digital infrastructure strategy to enhance mobile connectivity and enable next-generation connectivity services across the borough.
