North Northamptonshire Council are pleased to advise we will be procuring a new Supported Accommodation Framework to support adults with mental health needs and/or autism. The service will focus on short term intensive support for a period of up to 2 years, for individuals to refamiliarise with local communities, acquire skills and strengthen independence. This service supports a recovery pathway model for some individuals and focuses on progression planning.
