L&Q is planning to establish new contracts for the delivery of fire safety remedial works including fire stopping, front entrance doors, ‘estates’ actions, loft remediation and main entrance doors, across our housing stock. One of the key aims for this procurement is to form new contracts for the delivery of fire remedial works across our housing stock.
